There will be a service outage on Sunday, March 08 from 0200 to 0800 Greenwich Mean Time/Universal Time Coordinated (Saturday, March 07, 9:00 p.m. EST. to Sunday, March 08, 04:00 a.m. DST.) to perform required maintenance to online systems. This will effect access to Lexis Nexis Academic Tax Library.
New Business Database: DataInsight

We now have access to a business database called DataInsight which contains global economic and financial information.
Access is via the Digital Library.
Information on all Business databases including DataInsight can be found in our Business Key E-Resource guide.
Central Library room bookings

Group study rooms A & B and the tutorial room on level 1 of the Central Library (all in the Wolfson IT learning Suite) can be booked for student use. Visit the help desk, Email (library@imperial.ac.uk) or phone (020 7594 8820) to make a booking. Sessions up to 2 hours can be booked – multiple bookings are not available.
Corporate Affiliations to include company news

Corporate Affiliations now includes company related news within its company profiles. Just click on ‘view recent news articles’ within the relevant company profile.
Corporate Affiliations is available via the Digital Library.
Business Podcasts

Emerald Group Publishing Limited is making a range of educational podcasts freely available for a limited period. The podcasts cover a range of subjects, including Accounting and Finance, Human Resources Management, Marketing and Logistics, and more.
They are available now for download. The podcasts have been specially written by David Pollitt, Information and Research Officer at the University of Bradford’s European Briefing Unit. David Pollit has also edited various journals on Strategic Management, Human Resource Management and Training.
Saved searches and company sets: AMADEUS, Bankscope, FAME, ISIS and Zephyr

The Library needs to change the way that users access AMADEUS, Bankscope, FAME, ISIS and Zephyr from AthensDA to the new Federated Access scheme.
Any data you have saved in these databases be it saved searches or company sets within the saved area will be lost. We advise that if you use these features you may wish to save this information elsewhere. Please do this by Friday 27th February.
